Kim was born and raised in Botetourt County and has lived in the Smith Mountain Lake area since 2007. After a career in healthcare publishing as VP of business development, she transitioned to real estate, focusing on horse properties, land, and lake properties. She rides horses, plays banjo since age 9, and enjoys fishing at Smith Mountain Lake.
Greg Bentz
Realtor, Investment & Luxury Specialist
Greg is a native Floridian who spent years living internationally in South America before relocating to Lynchburg to be closer to family. He transitioned to real estate after years of purchasing investment properties of his own. Described as possessing energy and creative ideas with vast knowledge of investment properties.

Janet relocated over 20 times and participated in designing and building 5 personal homes. Her prior career spans operations management, supply chain, logistics, and transportation. After 11 years in Moneta, she transitioned to real estate. She describes Smith Mountain Lake as the best lakeside community she has experienced.
